When do you get the quality mark?

Our quality mark is awarded to your home as soon as we have met all quality requirements. Promoting the quality of your new building or existing home is therefore essential for us.

In principle, the criteria that we use for this purpose follow the basis of our checklist and have, by extension, been expanded to include the inspection standards of Stichting Garantie Woning®. All our employees are trained to carry out the assessment process. You will receive the certificate of approval for your home as soon as your home meets all criteria for stucco, painting and renovation work.
